Description: This tropical concept project was designed so that the internal open spaces are integrated with the environment. The project consists of three modules, in which the central module is the social area with a living room, a kitchen with an island in the same space, as well as a large BBQ terrace, with a pool and a deck with an outdoor shower, and the modules on the sides correspond to the rooms, one with a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a spacious full bathroom, on the opposite side another module with two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a laundry room, these three modules joined by means of bridges with large sliding doors that overlook the gardens. Within the design it also has an atrium and a deck overlooking a small natural waterfall within the property and views of the tropical cloud forest in the area, making use of cross ventilation and natural lighting in all spaces.
